Careers, Learning and Development Manager

My Role at Bristol Airport

As the Careers, Learning & Development Manager I lead the L&D strategy for all Bristol Airport Ltd employees and partner with our extended business partner colleagues.

My focus is the creation and management of the Workforce Strategy, along with our Skills and Employment plan ensuring it supports our 5-year business transformation and reinforces our agreed values and behaviours.

I am passionate about developing current and future skills and behaviours to enable engagement, retention and operational growth.

Bristol Airport is England’s third largest regional airport, acting as the international gateway for the South West of England and South Wales. Around 5,500 people work at Bristol Airport for around 50 different organisations.

What is the value of AISB membership to your organisation?

As Bristol Airport plan for the future to ensure we meet the demand for air travel to and from the region we serve, the AISB provides opportunities to collaborate with organisations across the aviation industry as well as government bodies to help us create and deliver on our workforce strategy.

Our AISB membership will provide useful resources, help us network and gain valuable insight to discover and develop skills required for a successful airport for years to come.
