My role in easyjet
My role at easyJet supports our apprenticeship programmes across the airline and holidays business, with over 130 learners currently enrolled in areas such as engineering, digital, data, AI, and leadership & management. I also oversee our management graduate scheme and provide support for the engineering, finance, and holidays graduate schemes. Additionally, I am involved in our engagement with schools, colleges, and universities, working closely with key airport partners to help young people access careers in aviation. I also support education providers in meeting the eight Gatsby benchmarks.

easyJet has been a long-standing member of the AISB. The AISB provides valuable insight into government policy-making, offering opportunities to engage directly with key officials across government. It also produces useful resources for employers, such as industry webinars, skills research, and analysis. The AISB brings industry professionals together under a collective banner of skills, enabling us to agree on and address key themes that impact our sector.
