Nine years and counting and I’m still in awe. In awe of the 80,000 amazing people from over 400 companies doing extraordinary things to make every journey better at Heathrow - the UK’s hub airport, busiest in Europe, and most connected in the world with over 200 destinations served.  

As job roles evolve and new skills are needed, our participation in the Aviation Industry Skills Board helps us shape sector skills and promote accessible careers. We work with government bodies to address industry skill needs and inform policies like the Growth and Skills Levy to ensure employer relevance.

Together we are a unified voice for the industry that can shape sustainable skills for today and the future. We are actively seeking to engage more employers across the industry -  including airports, airlines, ground handlers, and the wider aviation and travel sector.
