Ginny Leadley

The Organisation

As a global airline and the UK’s flag carrier, British Airways has connected Britain with the world and the world with Britain for more than 100 years. Together with its joint business, codeshare and franchise partners, the airline serves around 200 destinations across more than 74 countries. The airline launched its £7 billion transformation programme in 2024 and continues its focus on building a better BA for customers and colleagues. This includes significant investment across its fleet, cabins, lounges, digital experience and operational performance.

What is the value of AISB membership to your organisation?
