Emerging Talent & Careers Manager

My Role at Jet 2

I am responsible for attracting and developing future talent through innovative programmes, partnerships and initiatives that promote careers and skills development across the business.

Jet2holidays is the UK’s largest package holiday provider and Jet2.com is the UK’s third largest airline. Our size and stature has grown to what it is today thanks to our commitment to always putting our customer first.

What is the value of AISB membership to your organisation?

Being part of the Aviation Industry Skills Board (AISB) supports our business by giving them a strategic voice in shaping  national aviation skills policy, ensuring training & qualifications align with industry needs, influencing apprenticeship standards, and enabling proactive collaboration with other leading employers to address skills gaps and build a future-ready workforce. This has been especially beneficial in influencing new policy around shorter duration apprenticeships.
