In my role as Manager of Talent and Careers, I lead on supporting our colleagues ignite, develop, and build meaningful futures at Virgin Atlantic. My focus on creating inclusive, innovative, and meaningful opportunities that strengthen our skills for the future, nurture a diverse pipeline of talent, and support a culture where everyone feels empowered to take control of and elevate their career journey.
